Zamzama Commercial is the most modern and popular shopping area of DHA. However stressed traffic/parking problems in the area are a source of inconvenience to the visitors. DHA has launched a conceptually versatile development project in shape of Zamzama Car Parking Plaza which is being built adjacent to Zamzama Park in DHA Phase-V. The project is being built with a reinvigorated spirit and commitment to address the parking problems in the area.
Administrator DHA Brig Ibrar Hussain Bhatti visited the project site where he was given an in-depth briefing about the salient features and progress of the ongoing project development works. Administrator appreciated the efficacy, planning parameters and development strategy of the project. He directed the contractor and consultant to ensure completion of the project within the stipulated timeline as per the highest engineering and construction standards. The Rupees One Billion Zamzama Car Parking project consists of a three levels state-of-the-art car parking facility located on the first and second floor including the roof top with a capacity to accommodate 400 vehicles and 200 motor bikes at a time. The gigantic project has a commercial component as well that will provide most modern shopping/entertainment facilities to the visitors in form of outlets, restaurants and two malls located in the basement and on ground floor that will enhance the stature and the utility of the project. The project is being speedily constructed and is scheduled to be completed by end of Jan, 2019.
Administrator visited different components of the project site and gave necessary instructions to further enhance the efficacy of the project. Concerned DHA officials, contractors, consultant and key personnel of project development team were present on the occasion.
